Phone stuttering

So i had my note 5 since launch and I'm absolutely loving it. However there's one thing that's been bugging me and I don't know if it has something to do with me rooting it or not. Usually when I installed custom roms I remove TouchWiz with titanium backup uninstall and rock with a third party launcher, in any event my phone randomly gets stutters when I'm using it throughout the day mainly when I'm awakening the device It happens randomly and I wanted to know if anyone else is having this issue or is it just me. I'm running thrasher rom 2.4 if that helps
