Note 5 won't unlock! Any help appreciated

A long story short is, I mistakenly said my Canadian note 5 was Rogers and the provided unlock did not work... I then corrected it to the proper carrier, which was MTS. The replied eventually with the same code. Which did not work..... So I tried another, expensive website... Which returned with the same code... Which did not work. I am now into the unlocks... And nothing! I have unlocked 1000 phones using this method and sites.....

Does anyone have any ideas or solutions? Thanks
