LF Mobile App Devs for App

Hello, I am currently working on creating an application to place in the app stores. I'm leaning towards IOS however, I have no development team so any platform is viable as long as we get the app up and in a testing phase. At the moment, I am in the process of looking for developers to help join the project. This is an excellent opportunity as this application has the potential to be iconic if done properly.
