I9505 charging after root

Hi,I rooted my s4 and tripped Knox,I don't mind as I don't need it and then deleted all Knox folders installed su and twrp and a kitkat 4.4.4 ROM...problem is when I plug charger in when phone off it don't show its charging on the indicator and only charges when on....also when it boots it says not seanlinux enforcing and other stuff in white tx ubove that I don't get a chance to read,also when in download mode there is also all the white tx displayed,more than just the usual...could any give me some info on this please..thanks kindly.
