I need some help :(

Hello everyone I hope some of you have some answers that can help, I bought 2 Samsung galaxy note 3 befor I come to Turkey but now they want me to pay or they will be locked the problem is I can pay only for 1 of them and I know there is a way to unlock it so please if anyone know how please inform me and the other problem is since the last update I don't know why the wifi does not work anymore any idea why or how to fix it ?? I can't take it to Samsung center they don't accept to fix it as long it's not from Turkey I will be very glad if anyone can help
