I have a dead HTC device (Desire 310 Dual sim)

Hi guys , I have (HTC desire 310 dual sim) and it suddenly became doesn't work !
The big problem I can't enter to download mode or recovery mode and the phone is useless . :(
And I'm a Samsung guy I don't know how to handle this situation . :crying:

So I hope there is someone here can help me with this issue .
