help with lollipop update and unlocked bootloader

ok,
i tried to update earlier, and the first update went through, but part 2 did not. i tried to go back to 100% stock and relock my phone, and i get this error: no valid piv block in SP for system piv validation failed (system) relock failure. and now it tells me there are no updates available, someone please help me
