help needed , have access to twrp but no download mode

Hello all , need some help here , i have a d800 with qhusb issue , i have access to twrp but dont have access to download mode , the download mode screen appears for a few secs , after that phone goes into qhusb mode with multiple partitions , any help would be appreciated , tried almost all methods
