Recently I helped a friend root their phone. Little did I know that the phone was returning to an end user. The phone was returned to me with a bootloop and I tried to reflash Stock 4.1.2. After flashing the phone started but there appeared a few dialog boxes saying various apps and functions were not working and after clicking through there was a large window with my phones details on the home screen. Also the there a notification that says update my details, I click on the notification and nothing happens I've tried to reflash and wipe the device but still can't get the phone to work properly.
