help me please

Hello ... Please help me I have a Sony Xperia Z phone suddenly stopped operating ratio was shipping 65% and after several attempts the phone is switched on for five minutes and then was stopped off alone and tested way of raising the voice button and power button together will benefit not respond for anything ... I hope one help me because the data stored on the internal memory do not want to lose it:(
