Weird problem but my phone has a screen that shows a distorted display or sometimes just speckles of random color. It seems the problem mainly occurs when the phone has a SIM in, gets hot, or maybe humid.
I ran stress tests on CPU and GPU for hours with no sim and it worked perfect. Then I put the sim in and later the display went crazy (this is not a touch screen issue). Then I took sim out and it went back to normal. I thought I fixed it by blowing out sim slot, but then the problem reoccurred. I had to take off back of phone (while it was on) and it was immediately rectified. It makes me think that something is getting pressed down too hard. I tried disconnecting the video cable and reconnecting it to see if that will fix it, but this particular phone has not been opened since the factory so it seems weird that it would suddenly get a loose cable.
Any ideas appreciated. I would like to fix it.
