Air Command suddenly won't show up

Hey there, like the titel says... the air command won't show up.

- It's enabled in settings
- Checked permissions
- 3C Toolbox says:

"Can not start AircommandService. errorCode : 5"

Any ideas? Everything else is working just fine.
