Cannot update ota after supercid

Hi all,
I'm in Vietnam, my HTC One M8 have CID 11111111 and S-ON, I can flash ROM to 4.19.707.2 to have Vietnamese language, now it have ota update to 4.19.707.4 but I can't install it, I can't change CID to HTC__44 because S-ON, how can I do to update ota? thanks all, sorry for my English is not so good
