Can't put APN settings into CyanogenMod 12.1 Nightly.

I have a T-Mobile LG Optimus L90 (D415). I recently installed CyanogenMod 12.1 on it and everything worked fine except for the fact that I don't get no service! My SIM card is in but it made no difference. So I tried manually putting in the APN for T-Mobile but it says "Access Point Names are not available for this user"


It also seems as if it doesn't even DETECT my SIM card. Is there a flashable zip that adds the settings via scripting or whatever, or is there more to it. please help ASAP. Thank you developers!
