can't access recovery mode plz help

forgot the pin password after not using it for 2 year. Don't see the option to access the google account to reset the password either. so the only way for me to use my phone again is to factory reset. but the hold down and power button doesn't work try it so many time. any way to factory reset it. the debug is not on so cant do anytime in cmd. help plz :(
