Android stuck in system update

I was trying to install a custom cwm for my android and I had flashed it using my flashify app, and then I rebooted my system, and my system had loaded up into a screen with the android robot and a progress bar(which i think is the system update screen) under it that never increases, it only increases a little bit then after that, its just sits there. I've waited about a good 4 hours for it to progress further, and still nothing! And when i turn my power off, it justs boots back up to the same screen with the progress bar, and continues to repeat then same process. I even took and the batter and plugged it back in to see if it would work, and it just still boots up into that same screen with the android bot, like the phone doesn't even get to the point to where I can actually use the phone, it just continue to go to that same screen!
