3G Doesn't work

Hi people, I can see that there is one week in each month that my 3G does not work, I have CLARO, and my phone is an LG G2 D800
Does anyone have an idea? I'd be glad if someone helps me
The ROM is not the problem because I had tried going back to the stock one and it doesn't work there anyways
