Hello everybody. My name is Victor, and, if you were affected by the NVIDIA Recall Program, and you recieved the new tablet, you should know that the old tablet is deactivated (I mean, if you try to open it, Black Screen appears, and only the power menu appears (or at least, this happens to me).
Well, I've made some research, and found a way to Re-Activare the old tablet, making both Tablets useful.
The steps I made are the following:
ROOT AND UNLOCKED BOOTLOADER NEEDED Code:
1. Change the old Tablet IMEI (random one) vía FastBoot.

fastboot oem writeimei CUSTOM_IMEI
And then, to make sure the IMEI has changed, write:

fastboot getvar imei
(I was unable to see the IMEI, but I keeped going on the process.
2. Download the Factory/Recovery Image of your SHIELD variant (which can be found here:

3. Install the Factory/Recovery Image using FastBoot and the following code:

fastboot flash recovery {dir}/recovery.img
fastboot flash boot {dir}/boot.img
fastboot flash system {dir}/system.img
fastboot flash userdata {dir}/userdata.img
fastboot flash staging {dir}/blob
fastboot flash dtb {dir}/tegra124-tn8-p1761-1270-a04-e-battery.dtb
(I personally prefer unzipping the Images to the FastBoot folder to avoid {dir}/)
4. Click Power Button on the Tablet pointing "Continue" on the Fastboot Menu on the Tablet Screen (if is not pointing, use volume keys to select it).
And, if the process is done correctly, the Tablet (old one) should boot up at the Initial Set-Up Screen (to make sure both tablets will be active, I recommend having the new Tablet On).
And this process has made me able to use my old tablet as I used to use it.
