Buying tablets without operating system

Hi!
Do you know if there is an ability to buy for example 100 tablets without operating system? Our company have to use its own modified ROM. Every time we root device and install modified Android we break warranty and we would rather like to avoid that.

Shield Recall - disabled tablets

The old tablet is supposed to self disable once the new one is activated.
Do we know how nvidia is going about this in order to prevent it?
I assume going full CM would prevent this, but is there a way to prevent that without fully replacing the rom ?

Can't access my tablet's data

hi,

I am using MBP (Mac book pro) and my shield tablet, I used to be able to access all it's data and SD card data via Android File Transfer but now after I installed new kernels and custom roms (like bliss 3.9) I can't access it anymore, my computer doesn't reconize it..... it drives me crazy :(

The problem is that I don't remember when was the last time it worked so I don't know what may have caused this...

Here are my details:
Bliss version 3.9
Kernel version: 3.10.33-TeamBliss-g48f7329-dirty
if anyone has an idea how to fix this, or what can be the problem I would love your help.

thank you!

How to restore an android tablet's ROM

Hello people that know more things than I do :)

I have an AML8726-MX based tablet that is, by what I understand, soft-bricked. I managed to get hold of a same make and model working tablet though and, following some instructions, managed to extract three files; boot.img, recovery.img and system.img.

My question is, how do I got about restoring the bricked tablet's ROM using those files. Is that even possible? It should be noted I only have access to 3e recovery console on the bricked tablet.

My apologies if this topic has been answered before and/or has been posted on the wrong forum.
