Note 3 (international snapdragon version) keep restarting by itself

Hi, my mother's note 3 running stock samsung android 5.0 is facing some problems
1)It will restart itself while sleeping, the phone will work normally when using but after screen is off, it will restart by itself and keep looping
I tried to factors restart but the problem remains the same..
2) the phone will charge very slowly while booting and restarting itself and the screen will get very hot.
3) note 3 started to not having any service when a sim card is in it...my mother's sim card works on my lg g2 but no service on her note 3..my sim card also says no service on her note 3...

Flashing other carriers' or International firmware, and LTE bands

I understand that it's possible to flash firmware from other carriers, or international firmware, on a T-Mobile G6 Edge, and that it will work, albeit with some glitches that can be patched. What isn't clear to me so far is whether flashing these firmwares has any effect, positive or negative, on the available LTE bands on the device. For example, would flashing AT&T firmware on this device enable bands 29 and 30 (which the actual AT&T variant supports), or is that a hardware limitation or some kind of deeper code that is not addressed by a typical firmware flash?

DISCLAIMER: I've searched. Lord, have I searched. All I could come up with was stuff relevant to earlier devices with different SoCs or whatever. If there's something obvious I've missed, please point me there, and feel free to laugh at me while doing so.

Can I install an international stock rom on my Sprint note 3?

I would like to know if i could install an international gsm rom on to my sprint note 3. Since its an international rom and not specifically for a certain carrier that maybe i could flash it and set it up with any carrier. Id like to know if this is possible.

International Versions

Are all international versions of the Edge+ alike? Is there any one particular international version that should not be purchased because it will not work on a carrier or be rootable?

NOTE 5 Dialing International using AT&T service

I bought the note 5 verizon because they come factory unlocked , once i bought it i put my sim card in it and every single time someone calls me it shows a (+) and their number .. and everytime i try calling back it shows a (011) and then their following number . I replaced my sim card , i called verizon , samsung & at&t and still nothing ... i tried resetting the whole phone and nothing still .. any body has any suggestions before i sell this phone ?

Samsung Tab S2 International vs US version

Hi, I hope I'm asking this question in the right topic area. If not I apologize. last week I bought the Samsung S2 9.7 inch from Newegg. I think it might be the international version since it will not be release in the US until September 3rd. I'm working if people usually work on ROMs for international or US versions of a device? I'm not sure if these two version will be able to use the same ROMs. Thanks.
