getting bad transfer speeds on 5Ghz with my note 4

my link rate on the phone is 525Mbit/s and my computer is at 1Gbit/s and for some reason im transferring from my computer to my phones Memory card which is a sandisk 128gb and im only getting around 1-3 MB/s write speed, i don't get it shouldn't the sd card be rated for higher? or is it the chip inside my note 4 that bottlenecks the sd card? im using Es media to transfer the files. And no it's not small files it was around 800MB

I'm consistently getting 65 to 75 mbps. Huge improvement from the wimax and initial iteration of lte. What's are your speeds like?

Slow LTE Data speeds compared to other devices

Me and my fiance just got the Gold S6 Edge, mine is 64gb and hers is 32gb. On Speedtest app were'd both only getting about 5mb download speeds. On my HTC M8 I used to get about 40-50Mb. And it's not the network, because I ran it alongside my Xpera Z2 Tablet on LTE, and got almost 40Mb. But WiFi is much faster on the S6, I get about 82Mb on the S6, but only about 60 on the Z2. I have also tried enabling advanced calling, but no difference in network speed.

Slow LTE speeds?

I've noticed the pure has category 6 bands which get 300mps vs category 9 at 3000mps.

Has anyone noticed horribly slow LTE speeds? I'm in philly and North of philly and both areas have poor speeds.

Speed test showed my d/l speed was 2.5mbps and upload of 3.5mbps. This is awful.

Any thoughts or solutions to this?

It's a major deal breaker for me.

Maximum read/write to sd card speeds

Hi all,

What's the maximum speed the Note 3 can read and write to its expanded micro sd card?

As just got a Samsung 64Gb Pro and I'm only getting 20mb/sec read and write. The card is supposedly be 90/80 read/write.

Note 5 Internet speeds

One reason I'm loving this Note 5 over the Iphone 6 Plus that I just sold is the Internet speeds. Damn I'm in the gym and before I could barely get 5 mbps and now I'm pulling over 40. Whoa I think I'm on band 12 I guess but wow. Can't go back now. Lol. Attachment 3455650

WiFi speeds slow when Bluetooth is on !!

I know this has been discussed with other devices, but I have yet to see a solution, so I'll post here and am willing to try anything to resolve this issue.

I have tried all I could think of, clearing cache out, checking for conflicting devices, tried uninstalling some apps I think my be the culprit, rebooting the device, the router, and the Modem etc..... The problem still occurs, I'm not sure if this started since the 5.1 update or prior, all I can say I only noticed it a few days ago, when I decided to do a Speedtest, I know I have done Speedtest before, and never noticed this issue.

Once I'm connected to WiFi and my Bluetooth is turned on, my WiFi speeds are slow and bounce from 2Mb's to 5 Mb's, and when I say bounces the speeds go up and down during the process. As soon as I turn Bluetooth off the speeds are back above the 30 Mb's.

I have tried many of the recommendations around, but have yet to find a solution, Is it a LP issue ?? any other device I have connected I have no issues, I even have a back up Huawei, on LP, and have no issues when BT is turned on. Heck, even my wife's 1st Gen Moto X has no issues. Since I only realized this recently, today when I get to work I will try it when I get to work and see if it does the same on WiFi there when BT is turned on.

Any suggestions would be great. :confused:
