Bricked Dell Venue 7 (3740) 3G Tab (2014)

So this is what happened. I successfully rooted my device and installed Link2sd and then i tried to make my launcher8 app as a system app using link2sd and everything worked fine. as soon as i rebooted my device the device only shows dell logo and then a black screen, It's not even a bootloop. what went wrong ? and how do i fix it? I googled a lot but can't find a reliable source to flash the stock Rom package . any help would be great :o
