ZTE Kiss 3 max huge problem

Hi folks.. My girlfriend have a problem with her phone.. Suddendly he started to FC, everything, GMail, Launcher3, android.process.media, android.process.acore, and others.. I tried to wipe data with volume up+power button (in recovery) and it doesnt work.. And I think, with every reboot, it wipes data automaticly, and FC... So I restart phone, and it shows me welcome wizard. I go through it, finish it, and it starts FC. And every time it boots, same, welcome wizard, FC... Can't reslove problem, and it it killing me :D :D Please some sugestions?
