xt1060 which recovery 5.1 none work.

ok i just upgraded my 1060 to 5.1 when I went install twrp 2.8.1.0 whit fmastboot it said it was successful. but i cannot reboot into recovery.
it just shows a blue battery charging
then newest version did not dercrypt my phone. what should I be using for lolipop
my goal is to get exposed back on


i tried the following both fastboot and mfastboot.
twrp2.8.1.0-ghost
twrp2.8.6.0-ghost
twrp2.8.7.0-ghost
CWM6.0.3.6

the phone is not bricked, but I cannot get into a recovery. so I cant flash su.
it just shows a blue battery charging


they have not posted a factory image yet and I cant extract a recovery.img form the 2 ota zips.
do I need to go back to kk usng the factory image and start over
