XT1045 / BlissPop Navigation Failures

Howdy all. I have a Moto G XT1045 (4G version) running BlissPop 4.0.1 (Android 5.1.1) and the TKGapps Micro Modular Package from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/andr...gapps-t3116347 . Unfortunately, I can't seem to get Navigation to work. Maps (downloaded from the Play Store) happily loads and shows me where I need to go to get where I'm going, but Navigation won't update, won't talk to me, and won't... well, navigate.

This also happened with the Minimal Edition GApps here http://forum.xda-developers.com/andr...ition-t2943330.

Any suggestions on things to try, or any other details needed for troubleshooting?
