Xperia GO ST27i stuck on Sony Logo and keeps rebooting! Please Help!

I am completely Messed right now.

So here is what happened :
I had factory reset my phone in the morning and I thought, this is the right time to give flashing Custom ROM a try ( I was already rooted before ). I wanted to update my phone to Lollipop, so I looked up an article first of all to install CMW Recovery and installed that, then I took a back up of the Stock ROM, I downloaded the Cynogen Mod 12.1 (Lollipop). I put the zip into the phone and booted up in recovery and tried flashing using zip but I got Status 7 error saying that your phone must be an ST27i or ST27a and didn't recognize my phone, so I searched the error up, and extracted the zip of cm 12.1 and deleted the assertion commands from the updater-script file and then rezipped after editing. Then I tried to flash using this zip, but I got an error saying It didn't find some file and can't mount ( Status 6 error ) and to my horror entered this bootloop i.e it boots, shows SONY logo, stays there few seconds and then again boots up and displays SONY logo.

When I tried to check what went wrong, I think I didn't read the description of the ROM completely till the end where it had mentioned that this ROM requried a Unlocked BootLoader whereas I tried Flashing without unlocking the bootloader, although I had planned earlier to unlock the bootloader but I couldn't enter into flashboot mode with my phone and couldn't unlock the bootloader, so I searched could I flash a ROM without unlocking bootloader and somehwere read that it was possible but didn't go into details and I thought it should be possible as I already have Custom Recovery which allows falshing using ZIP so it should be possible.

Now, I am not sure whether that's where the whole thing went wrong, but I am really messed now, I desperately need help, please! Help me recover my phone!

I tried flashing using Flashtool but as my phone is in a bootloop it can't stay in the flashmod and disconnects and I also can't enter recovery to simply restore using backup of my ROM, So somehow i tried flashing just the Kernel for whatever short time it does connect into flashmod and I got this :

On that lastmost line, I had before flashing, cleared data i.e factory reset, so Unknown Sources and Debugging wouldn't be checked, so does this mean there isn't a way I can flash my device and recover it?
