would be Xperia L Update to 4.3?

hey guys how are you .. i have 2 questions the first is when would sony xperia realese Jelly Bean 4.3 to Xperia L because i see that some phones before xperia L like xperia M have got android 4.3 !!
the seconed is there is a thunderzap kernel for android 4.2.2 - Taoshan ? thnx
