Wifi issues / problems - Honor H60-L12 Are they fixed yet with Lollipop? ROM?

I am about to buy this phone but my research shows this phone as MAJOR wifi issues. I have seen quite a few threads on XDA showing users experience slowdown when also using Bluetooth and wifi.
Has this issue been fixed yet with ANY rom update? or is it a chipset issue and will never be fixed?
