Which MetroPCS phone easiest to root? need tether to PC

I need wifi for my laptop for my house in a rural area (no hardline internet service). I read somewhere MetroPCS might not allow tethering of a PC.
My question is which of these phones is the easiest to root and get around that (if it is true):

Obviously the cheaper the better. This is in regards to their Unlimited 4G LTE service for in the USA.
