Wanted: laf.img partition restore for LG P-999 (LG G2X, WIND)

I have a working CM 7.2.0 ROM (Android 2.3.7 / Kernel 2.6.32.55-cyanogenmodrmcc@tenkian)) ).

I'm trying to network unlock it, which means I have to revert to the stock ROM from WIND. I have this in .kdz form: (V11H_00.kdz), downloaded from the LG website via IMEI matching.

I tried to use LG Flash Tool 2014 to do this, which initially appeared to work, but stopped abnormally halfway through. I wish I knew what the error message was, but all I got were dialog boxes full of ?????.

Now I'm stuck, because I can no longer get into Download Mode. Some detective work tells me this is because the Flash Tool destroyed my laf partition, which appears to be the boot partition for Download Mode.

So ... knowing that ... I'm hoping to restore the Download Mode by restoring the laf partition, which means I need a stock laf image file. Unfortunately, this isn't something I backed up.

So: Help! Can anyone post or create a stock laf.img that I can use to get Download Mode back?

Alternately, I would accept a stock WIND ROM in .zip form (not .kdz) that I can restore via ClockWorkMod. Note that it need to be a WIND image, not T-Mobile, since the phone is currently locked to WIND.
