ok Guys I'm good at rooting T mobile phones using odin but this is my FIRST Verizon phone, so I need a little assistance here since I have read about 50 different ways to root it and 50 ways that don't work

I'm not trying to get a new rom but I would liek TWPR recovery so I can make a complete backup just in case, and I need to remove eth battery eating bloatware
whats eth best way to make a permanent rook on this thing, I'm running Straight talk if that info is needed also
