Update my rooted phone

My unlocked and rooted h815 is running v10c-xx-eu and a custom recovery (twrp)

It run xposed and some cool module

There is an update for me

Can I ota update, or maybe I should use the pcsuite? Will I lose any data during the update? Is it safe?
