Update my rooted phone with pcsuite

My unlocked and rooted h815 is running v10c-xx-eu and a custom recovery (twrp)

It run xposed and some cool module

I what to update it to the latest firmware

Can I update with pcsuite? Will I lose any data during the update? Is it safe?
