unlocking htc droid dna

hi pls can some one help me i get acces denied when unlocking my droid dna bootloader after typing adb shell rm /data/data/com.htc.usage/files/exploit/* pls ur help will be appreciated i have upgraded the phone to kitkat sense 5.5
