Unable to open Mobile Network Setting the Process.com.android.phone Has Stopped

Unable to open network setings .

I have D950. Rooted. NO custom rom installed.

I am based in India.

I had modified the settings inorder to get the tethering work.
Since then i am not able to access mobile network settings :(
