Unable to Flash CWM recovery on 2.34.720.2

Hi guys, yesterday I installed new software update 2.34.720.2. After that I tried to flash latest CWM recovery but after flashing when I tried to enter into recovery msg appeared 'Entering Recovery' but after that only black screen appeared. I used both methods .exe file method as well as cmd method but nothing worked. I searched the forums about this but didn't get the solution. My question - Is it happening due to latest installing latest software update and then flashing CWM recovery??
