Turning off AT&T Automatic Wifi

Does anyone know how to turn off AT&T auto WiFi with Root? It's quite annoying and personally I think it's unsafe as someone could setup their Wifi to that and have their way once you are connected unknowing.

I tried this, http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...33&postcount=9 but it pretty much killed my entire WiFi entries. WiFi won't turn on at all. So I restored the backup file and am back at the beginning.
