Tmobile 1yr netflix promotion

Has anyone received the code yet? I submitted my the 21 and I got a response saying it would take 1-2 weeks it's been a little more than that I'm just worried that I will get screwed over just like I did with the S6 tmobile promotion I'm still waiting on that one it's been 3 months
