Thermal Threshold for the Exynos Tab S 8.4

Anybody know what is the temperature thresholds for the Exynos ver , aka T700? When does it starts to clock down?

my tab never feels "hot" like my Galaxy S6 Edge, but i feel like it still clocks down while playing 3d intensive games...
