T-Mobile Alcatel Pixi 7 (9006w) - What is safe to keep from ota.zip?

I captured the URL for today's OTA update on the T-Mobile Alcatel 9006w via logcat

I want to use this and a system dump to create a stock rooted .zip, but I am not sure what is safe to keep and what isn't from this OTA zip.

I was thinking of getting rid of all of the .img files and just keeping the /system dir, but I'm not sure if anything else would be helpful to have from the OTA.
