strange stuck case ........... please help

my htc m8 stucks on htc one screen and nothing happen after that

after doing hard reset from fastboot it work normally , and after restarting it stuck again on the same screen and nothing happen until i do factory reset again
i tried many custom roms and the problem still here
so any ideas
