Star X18i / HD7000 Android Phone Boot up Problem

Hi, I having trouble trying to restore this phone its Star X18i / HD7000 Android Phone from china, the phone will not boot up but can boot to recovery which I have tried to restore the firmware few time but it still gets stuck at boot.
I have managed to get firmware for this model from china website in zip file which I have not been able to flash through sd card, any ideas please?
