Split multitouch four fingers

I need help from professional. I'm using Lenovo A536 original without any modifications or custom rom. I'm trying to play Magic Piano by smule but my phone just supported two fingers. Can I solve this problem without any modifications, custom rom or root? I not going to risk my phone.Thanks.
