Spen not working.

I dropped my spen on the floor no visible damage and it now doesn't fully work. The screen still detects the pointer but I can't write or select anything. The side button doesn't work.

Before anyone asks, no I didn't insert the spen into the phone backwards.

Has this happened to anyone or know how to fix the spen?
