Some questions.

Hi I bought a new S6 and I got a few questions about it. 1)what will happen if I don't charge it right after starting it for the 1st time? 2)is it okay to keep it connected to the quick charger overnight? 3)is it OK for the battery to be consumed faster than usual in the first few days?.
