Hey all,
Had my Nexus 9 (wifi) since it came out, and been very happy with it. Use it mostly for gaming and a bit of surfing and reading.
Earlier today, I was unlucky to drop it, but not from very high, about 40 cm down, and it landed on its back, so not a mark on it.
However, after the drop it was suddenly very sluggish in the menus, and games that before ran without problem are pretty much unplayable because of extreme lag! After fiddling about in settings and with a few diagnostics programs, I see that it also now reports the battery to be -27 degrees celsius, which I'm pretty sure it did not do before!
Oddly enough, playing Youtube video via Youtube app works okay without hiccups. Chrome though, is so slow it takes about 5 seconds to just open a new tab.
Am running latest Dirty Unicorns, but pretty much doubt this is software related, but of course can't be sure. Have tried wiping dalvik and cache. Took over an hour to reboot after that, and still the same.
Any bright ideas on what I could try? Or any suggestions if it is worth RMAing it to Google, or if I should just bite the bullet and contact my insurance instead?
Any advice or suggestions are very welcome. Thanks in advance!
