Slow S6 performance. A fix that worked for me.

Hello. I am no longer having an issue, but would like to share this. My S6 (no Edge), was running very slowly, sometimes freezing. Nothing was really showing in battery or memory usage that would be causing it. I ran a system cleaner and wiped the cache from recovery. Same performance. It turns out it was the stock messaging app. I had turned off the automatic deletion feature. I had thousands of messages, and hundreds with picture attachments. As soon I cleaned up most of them, my S6 came to life again instantly. Give that a try the next time you have performance issues.
