the mobile since the last update has not been as good as it was before, so today after backing up my data i shut it down and tried to boot in recovery to full reset it
But when i choose "Recovery mode" and press the power key, the phone reboot and a sleeping droid with a read exclamation mark shows and the word "error" below it.
i found a video on YouTube that says i hold the power button and press the vol up key to pass this window and enter recovery, but this doesn't work on my mobile
the sleeping droid with the error below it keep flashing and the mobile is stuck at this stage, just flashing every 5 seconds and nothing work
kindly help me restore the mobile to a working state using any method
