Second-hand G Watch R - What should I check ?

Hello,

I'm about to buy a second-hand G Watch R. The guy told me it looks brand new, no scratch, working perfectly.
I have never used such a device so I don't know yet how it works. What would you guys advise me to check before buying the watch ?
