Screen flickering on flashing Custom Recovery Redmi Note 4g (Dior)

I have been trying to flash Custom recoveries like CWM philz and also TWRP recoveries, But when I enter into recovery mode screen starts to flicker and touch doesn't work,

Tried a lot of time but failed to succeed.....
It's not only me,few peoples also facing.
Any solutions????

BTW stock recovery is working well
